No you do not! The WFW App is designed to give you flexibility and convenience on your fitness journey. While some programs may incorporate workout or gym equipment, the majority of our programs can be done in the comfort of your own home or any environment you choose!
Yes! You absolutely can. There’s a place to upload videos, make comments and record your weights and results in every set of each exercise so you can be as detailed as you like. There’s also a variety of tracking tools that allow you to monitor changes in your body composition, record personal best’s, upload progress photos and track your daily metrics like soreness/energy/mood levels etc.
FAQ #3 – ARE THERE OPTIONS FOR LIVE SUPPORT OR COACHING SESSIONS?
You can book a 1 on 1 coaching session with Shenoa at anytime throughout your membership at an additional cost. You can book through the links section of the app. This is also where you’ll find the join link for our online community so you can also get support and encouragement through there.
